
Indian Dry Fruit & Seed Trail Mix
A healthy, no-cook Indian style trail mix combining nuts, seeds and dried fruits — perfect as a quick nutritious snack.

- Take a large clean mixing bowl.
- Add raw almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds to the bowl.
- Then add the raisins and chopped dates.
- Mix everything well so the nuts, seeds and dry fruits combine evenly.
- Store the mix in an airtight container. Use a small handful (about ¼ cup) as a healthy snack between meals.
Notes
Choose unsalted, raw or dry-roasted nuts and unsulphured, unsweetened dried fruits for a truly healthy mix. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or chaat masala for mild flavour. Keep portions small because nuts are calorie dense. Store in a cool dry place for up to 3–4 weeks.
