- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and whisk well until smooth.

- Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and cook gently, stirring slowly.
- Cook until the eggs turn soft and fluffy. Turn off the heat.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Notes
For extra nutrition, use more veggies like spinach or mushrooms. Cook on low flame for softer eggs.
