- Add mint leaves, coriander, green chilli, lemon juice, salt, and cumin powder to a grinder jar.
- Grind with 1–2 tablespoons of water to make a smooth chutney.
- Transfer the curd to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the mint chutney to the curd and mix well.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if required. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use thick curd for best texture. Reduce green chilli if serving to kids. Works well with snacks, parathas, or salads.
