
Multimillet Roti
This Multimillet Roti is a healthy Indian flatbread made with a blend of nutrient-rich millet flours. It is soft, delicious, and perfect for everyday meals.

Method
- Add all millet flours and whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and mix well.
- Pour warm water little by little and start kneading. Add oil and make a soft, smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Dust with flour and roll each ball into a medium-sized roti.
- Heat a tawa on medium flame. Cook the roti on both sides until brown spots appear.
- Apply a little ghee if you like and serve hot.
Notes
You can add finely chopped spinach or methi to make the rotis even more nutritious.
