
Oats and Nuts Ladoo
A healthy Indian Oats and Nuts Ladoo made with roasted oats, mixed nuts, dates, and a little ghee. Perfect for quick energy and guilt-free snacking.

Method
- Heat a pan on low flame and dry roast the oats for 3–4 minutes until they turn slightly crisp.
- Remove the oats and roast the mixed nuts for 2–3 minutes.
- Once cooled, grind the oats into a coarse powder.
- Pulse the nuts into a coarse mixture. Do not make a fine powder.
- Add chopped dates to the grinder and pulse until it forms a sticky mass.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add oats, nuts, dates mixture, and cardamom powder. Mix well for 1–2 minutes.
- Turn off the flame. While warm, shape the mixture into small ladoos.
- Let the ladoos cool and store them in an airtight container.
Notes
You can add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition. Replace ghee with coconut oil if needed.
