
Oats Kheer
A light and creamy Indian Oats Kheer made with rolled oats, milk and cardamom. A healthy dessert ready in minutes.

- Heat milk in a saucepan on medium flame.
- Once it starts warming, add the rolled oats and mix well.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes until the oats turn soft and the kheer thickens.
- Add jaggery powder and stir until it dissolves completely.
- Mix in cardamom powder, almonds and raisins.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then turn off the flame. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
You can add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Replace sugar with jaggery or stevia for a healthier version.
