  • 1.5 cups ripe papaya (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup chilled milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey or jaggery powder adjust to taste
  • 4 tbsp curd (optional for creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp chilled water optional to adjust thickness

Method
 

  1. Add papaya, milk, honey and curd to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add a little water if you want a thinner shake.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Using fully ripe papaya gives the best sweetness and flavour. You can add chia seeds or a pinch of cardamom for extra nutrition.
