
Peppermint Tea
A soothing Indian-style peppermint tea made with fresh pudina leaves. Light, healthy, and perfect for digestion and relaxation.

Method
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan on medium heat.
- Add fresh peppermint or pudina leaves to the boiling water.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the aroma comes out.
- Switch off the heat and let it rest for 1 minute.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if you prefer, and serve warm.
Notes
Great for digestion, bloating, and relaxation. Avoid honey if preparing for children under 1 year.
