
Strawberry Oats Smoothie

- Rinse and hull the strawberries, then chop roughly. If using frozen strawberries, skip chopping.
- Add rolled oats to the blender and pulse briefly so they break down a little — this helps make the smoothie smooth and creamy.
- Pour in the cold milk, then add chopped strawberries, honey (or jaggery syrup) if using, and ice cubes if you want a chilled drink.
- Blend everything on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy. If the texture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately for best taste and texture.
Notes
You can use almond or soy milk to make it dairy-free. For extra fibre or protein, add a tablespoon of chia seeds or a few soaked nuts (like almonds). Smoothie tastes best when served fresh.
