
Vegetable Kathi Roll
A healthy Indian vegetable kathi roll made with whole wheat roti and a flavourful sautéed veggie filling. Beginner-friendly and perfect for quick meals.

- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- Add sliced vegetables and sauté on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm the rotis on a tawa. Spread green chutney and curd lightly on each roti.
- Place the cooked vegetable filling in the centre and roll the roti tightly.
- Toast the roll on the tawa for 1 minute to make it firm. Serve hot.
Notes
You can add paneer or tofu for extra protein. Use multi-grain roti for more fibre.
