  • 1 medium Beetroot peeled and chopped
  • 1 small Carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt to taste

Equipment

  • Blender or Juicer
  • strainer
  • Knife and Peeler

Method
 

  1. Add chopped beetroot, carrot, and ginger to a blender.
  2. Pour in water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture using a fine strainer to remove pulp.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and black salt.
  5. Serve chilled immediately for best freshness.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, you can add half an apple while blending. Drink on an empty stomach for better detox benefits.
