  • 1 cup warm water not boiling
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice use fresh lemon only
  • 1 tsp honey (optional) add only if needed

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until it turns warm but not boiling.
  2. Pour the warm water into a cup and add fresh lemon juice.
  3. Stir well. Add honey if you prefer a slightly sweet taste.
  4. Drink immediately while it is warm.

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach for best results. Avoid using boiling water as it can reduce the benefits of lemon.
