  • 2 tsp Honey optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the ash gourd, remove seeds, and chop into small pieces.
  2. Add the chopped ash gourd and water to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Strain the juice using a fine strainer to remove pulp.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, honey, and black pepper if you prefer.
  6. Serve fresh and chilled for the best taste.

Notes

Use only white, firm ash gourd for the best flavor. Drink immediately for maximum nutrition. Avoid adding sugar; honey is optional.
