  • 1 cup Water Use filtered water

Method
 

  1. Add cumin seeds and water to a saucepan.
  2. Bring it to a boil on medium flame.
  3. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the water turns light brown.
  4. Strain the water into a glass and drink warm.

Notes

You can drink jeera water on an empty stomach for better digestion. For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon once it cools slightly.
