- Add frozen pineapple and mango pieces to a blender.
- Pour in honey or jaggery syrup and lemon juice.
- Blend on medium speed. Add a little water only if the mixture is too thick.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, like a thick puree.
- Transfer the puree to a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve chilled.
Notes
For a smoother texture, blend again after 2 hours of freezing and refreeze. Use fully ripe fruit for natural sweetness.
